I’ve always been fascinated by the morbid and grotesque. Listening to true-crime podcasts inspired a series of illustrations of legendarily perverse psychopaths and criminals. The illustrations mutated into playing cards and Bad Hands was summoned from the dark depths of my macabre imagination.
